Insignia 3.0- Hackerdom is an effort from the Department of Computer Science, Govt. Engineering College and the Free and Open Source Community of Trichur, Kerala to create a venue for all the Hackers of the World to unite, and interact with the User community of the World.

Motto of Hackerdom is USERS + DEVELOPERS = COMMUNITY

Insignia 3.0 aims at developing a strong community relationship between an end user and a developer and making an end user to a developer or a contributer for the exciting world of Free and Open Source Softwares.Rising demands/popularity for FOSS is the main strength of this upcoming extravagenza.
